Are you tired of tasteless, dry, super lean meat, from a hybrid modern animal, reared in an intensive environment where it may not have even seen natural sunlight? Or worse imported from abroad?

Then why not give a traditional rare breed meat a try? Grown slower at their natural rate, fed a good quality balanced diet, and most importantly kept outside all year round, with a warm straw-filled ark to keep warm in the winter, and a nice cool mud wallow in the summer. Then, when its time comes, calmly delivered (by myself) to a small local abattoir where the experienced staff conduct their business in a humane and professional manner.
